This workshop will be part theory, part practice. We will be looking at the anatomy of the shoulder joint and the common dysfunctions associated with it.  The shoulder joint is the most mobile joint in the body and is often prone to irritation particularly from repetitive movement and our very own yoga practise. We will explore how to stabilise this joint in poses such as a plank and how we can transfer this stability when transitioning to Chaturanga.

Who is it for?

This workshop is open to anyone, and if you’re a registered Yoga Alliance teacher you will earn 3 CPD points. 
Some Yoga experience is necessary
