Yoga Single Lesson
My yoga classes are based on my own style of teaching where I blend my interest in Anatomy and physiology with my many years of practice and studies with various teachers. I draw my inspiration for my classes from the seasons and the general goings on around us. My aim is to create a true and honest space where my students can learn and practice their yoga. In the classes we will start from a quiet place using Pranayama (breathing) techniques to help quiet and calm the mind, followed by various poses to ignite the inner fire and create space within, we will then finish with a sweet Shavasana, resting and soaking up the nourishment of the practice. No 2 classes are ever the same.
